**Plow truck drivers and machine operators must be able to attend every storm.**
Snow Removal of commercial, industrial, and residential.
Responsibilities:
Operation of a plow truck or heavy equipment based on your qualifications
Clear snow from parking lots, sidewalks, loading docks, access roads, etc.
Utilize equipment in a safe manner
Spread salt and deicers utilizing spreaders
Assist snow removal team in loading and unloading materials and supplies
Fuel and perform basic maintenance to your assigned equipment
Professionally communicate with on-site management to get necessary paperwork signed
Drivers to fill out electronic work log
Drivers to manage team of shovelers
Be available and arrive on time, each time it snows
Fulfillment of all responsibilities REQUIRED
Qualifications:
Understand storms and efficient snow cleanup
Understand and be familiar with equipment operation (i.e. plow trucks, skid steers, and backhoes)
Extremely flexible schedule is REQUIRED
Available to work all hours of the day to complete full snow removal and cleanup, from beginning to end
Willing and able to withstand 20+hrs of work
Dependable and able to outlast the storm
Able to bend, crouch, and lift 50lbs when necessary
Able to fill out basic paperwork
Proficient on laptops and/or tablets
Able to complete basic forms via online applications
Be able to read, write and speak English
Clean driving record
Able to pass a drug test
Must have own transportation to and from the job site
Required driver/operator experience:
Snow Removal Equipment Operation: 3 years
Required language:
English
Required license or certification for drivers:
Driver's License
Class A/B CDL is a PLUS
